Business to Business: The NRRA Edge
NRRA unveils schedule for 2017 National Conference
June 5, 2017
At the center of all things risk retention group stands the National Risk Retention Association. This year’s conference – the theme of which is “Business to Business: The NRRA Edge” – will be held at the Sofitel Magnificent Mile in Chicago on Sept. 26-28, 2017. Register online or download form.
This year’s program is designed to enhance networking between RRG/RPG company leaders, service providers, vendors, and regulators. The NRRA Conference blends existing business challenges, a forecast of future trends threatening the industry, and creative, cutting-edge solutions. The secret to success at the NRRA Conferences always has been the ability to fully engage service providers, captive managers, professionals, and company leaders in one platform and to provide creative problem-solving. This year’s program addresses information, technology, and legislative changes on the horizon that threaten everyone’s business, whether it’s medicine, transportation, construction, education, or the myriad of other businesses in the RRG-RPG sector (including vendors and regulators).
The NRRA Conference Committee and Executive Director Joe Deems expect that attendees will find this year’s conference even more informative and entertaining than last year’s program, which focused on autonomous robotics. Regarding this year’s tentative program, which can be found by clicking this link, Deems says it identifies business sector changes that are already upon us. The program helps industry practitioners predict what’s coming and educates attendees on how those changes can be addressed through our usual footprint of session panels. Our keynote speaker is a highly-regarded executive leadership coach, educator, futurist, and provocateur. He and the thought leaders in attendance will challenge the audience to think about the future in a different way. Finally, our panelists will deliver the practical, hard-hitting content for which the NRRA Conference is well-known.
The panelists will dive into the things successful insurance professionals in the above key sectors are doing right now. Our conference has been designed to promote more interaction than ever between RRGs, sponsors, vendors, regulators and other attendees – everyone will be challenged to “think outside of the box.”
The NRRA Conference makes it easy to establish and maintain client contact. The NRRA Conference attracts the decision-makers, regulators, and leaders. The NRRA conference attracts the most sophisticated, experienced, and talented vendors and sponsors in the industry.
“Our Conference is always a great event,” NRRA Board Chair Dan Labrie said. “This year, we have decided to offer a program that goes way beyond disruption. We want to encourage more people, especially young insurance professionals, to understand that the risk retention group industry can be a place where innovation occurs.”
